GrowthZ Accelerator Program is a service offered through the Jam Institute to help your career.
GrowthZ Accelerator Program provides access to a national network and global teamwork. You will work with the global team to improve your business practices, become more competitive, and take advantage of growth opportunities.

In this training, you’ll build an interactive e-commerce website, you’ll create a freelance profile, you will learn social media management strategies.

Long Team Training
Admistration Training
You can be the team leader in a team of 7 people. We offer you alll the necessary training for team management and project management.
The following trainings will be given in 2 months:
- How can you increase the productivity of the team?
- How to manage the project?
- Customer relations management
- Pricing to overcome the most common challenges
- How do you make decisions under uncertainty?
- How can you increase the productivity of the team?
- Managing investor relations
- How to prepare a business plan?

Media & Marketing Training
In the media team of your team, you will receive the necessary media and marketing training for your project.
The following trainings will be given in 2 months:
- Product and Strategy Development Camp
- Marketing Research, insight, competitive intelligence and tools
- Service Design Training
- Digital marketing channels management
- Content writing training
- Marketing Strategy
- UI & UX Design and research training
- Brand Strategy
- How to prepare presentation
Software Training
You will receive the necessary training for your project in the software
The following trainings will be given in 2 months:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Backend training
- Frontend training
- Technical Mentor Support
- Experienced Project Reviewers
Where your story begin?
Create Team
Teams of 7 students
The team will consist of:
- Team leader
- Media and marketers
- Software developers
Competition
All teams will present their projects to our juries.
Separation
Students are divided into administration, software, media and marketing groups according to their abilities.
Long Term Training
Each team will receive a 2-month project development training. Each personin the team will receive training according to their chosen field.
Awarded Program
The 1st project will be awarded $1000, the second $500, and the third $250.
Level 01
We will give short courses (about E-commerce, Freelancers, and Social Media)
Project-Based Active Learning

2 Weeks, total 8 hours training
Level 02
We have a long-term training program courses (about E-commerce , Freelancers, and Social Media)
Teams of people will be formed and project ideas will be given to each team, and they will both receive training and develop projects for 2 months total 64 hours training
At the end of 2 months, 3 projects will be selected. The 1st project will be awarded $1000, the second $500, and the third $250
